We currently offer shipping within Pakistan. We are committed to delivering your orders to any address in Pakistan, whether it’s in a city or rural area. We may expand our delivery options in the future, so please stay tuned for any updates.

  • Order Confirmation: After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email or message with your order details. Please verify the order information and inform us of any discrepancies.

  • Processing Time: We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. During busy periods, such as holidays, processing time may be slightly longer, but we will do our best to keep you updated on your order’s status.


3. Shipping Methods

We use trusted third-party logistics partners to ensure your products are delivered safely and on time. Available shipping methods include:

  • Standard Shipping: This is our default shipping option. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on the destination.

  • Express Shipping: Available for urgent deliveries, express shipping typically takes 1–3 business days.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Standard shipping rates are calculated based on the delivery address. You will be informed of the shipping cost during checkout before confirming your order.

  • Express Shipping: Express shipping costs may vary depending on the delivery location. You will see the exact cost when you choose this option at checkout.


Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Delivery Times

  • Urban Areas: Deliveries to cities such as Multan, Lahore, Karachi, etc., typically take 3-5 business days.

  • Rural Areas: Deliveries to rural areas may take 5-7 business days or longer depending on the location.


Note: Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your shipment.
