- Damaged or Defective Products: If your product is damaged or defective upon receipt, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
- Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong product or an incomplete order, please contact us within 7 days. We will provide a replacement or issue a full refund for the incorrect items.
- Unopened Products: We do not accept returns for fertilizers or pesticides once the products have been opened or used, as the safety and integrity of these products cannot be guaranteed once opened.

4. Non-Refundable Items

5. Exchange Policy
